Job summary

University Hospitals in Westlake, TX seeks an experienced Nursing/Operations leader to supervise patient care and patient access flow across Orthopedic and Podiatry offices, with travel between sites.

You will oversee staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management, while managing clinic access and ensuring PHI compliance across multiple locations using AEMR and related systems.

Qualifications

• LPN certification or equivalent leadership experience.
• 5+ years of clinical operations leadership experience.
• Experience with physician practice management preferred (leadership role).

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical and clerical staff; recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate staff.
• Manage clinic access/scheduling and patient flow to ensure coverage.
• Oversee staff scheduling and utilization across multiple offices.
• Trains staff on AEMR systems and functions; acts as Kronos timekeeper.
• Oversee supply orders and budget reconciliation; handle deposits.
• Address patient complaints and ensure PHI compliance.
