Job summary

Altais Health Solutions is seeking a Manager, Practice Operations in Daly City, CA to oversee multiple smaller practices. You will manage staffing, schedules, and workflows while advancing centralized initiatives.

Responsibilities include data analysis, policy implementation for staff and clinicians, and coordinating with site Leads to meet patient needs. Drive KPIs and foster a patient-centered culture across the network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years professional experience in the field
• 5+ years’ experience in Practice Management
• Bachelor-level degree or higher is required

Responsibilities

• Oversee practice administration, clinic operations and BT Health initiatives at multiple sites
• Lead the creation of a common culture focused on Patient Experience
• Develop and implement policies for non-clinician staff and clinicians
• Coordinate with Practice Site Leads to ensure efficient operations for patients and clinicians
• Guide change management and drive organizational growth
• Measure and improve KPIs such as Productivity, Cost containment, Quality and Patient Satisfaction
