Job summary

Haven Women's Health and Birth Center is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the financial health of the practice, HR/compliance, and internal systems. The role partners with ownership and bridges operations and leadership to ensure smooth, compliant daily operations.

The position emphasizes detail-oriented management, financial literacy, and ownership of a broad scope, from budgeting to vendor oversight, with a focus on supporting clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Healthcare operations experience is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen including billing and AR/AP.
• HR coordination, onboarding and compliance experience.
• Clear, organized communication with leadership and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary communications link between operations and ownership.
• Support Client Experience Lead and staff with performance tracking and check-ins.
• Develop and implement process improvements with accountability to standards.
• Coordinate monthly leadership meetings and prepare agendas.
• Manage facilities, work orders, and scheduling alongside front office.
• Oversee billing accuracy and timely payments; coordinate with bookkeeping.
