Job summary

South Carolina ENT (SCENT), affiliated with SENTA Partners, seeks an experienced Practice Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations across clinics and ambulatory surgery centers, ensuring high-quality ENT, allergy, and sleep medicine services.

The role collaborates with physicians and executive leadership to drive efficiency, oversee facilities, governance, reporting, and special projects, and deliver optimized patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading day-to-day healthcare practice operations.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and executive leadership.
• Focus on improving efficiency and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across all office locations, including clinics and ASCs.
• Identify and implement procedural changes to improve efficiency.
• Serve as a liaison between providers and SENTA leadership, addressing clinical, operational, and other provider concerns.
• Regularly meet with the Executive Director and Physician Leadership to provide recommendations, reporting, and insights.
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize clinical and surgical performance.
• Oversee facility management, including relocations and new development opportunities.
• Support governance initiatives as defined by SENTA and physician leadership.
• Assist with special projects as directed by the Executive Director.
