Job summary

SENTA Partners seeks a Practice Manager for the SCENT allergy clinic in the greater Columbia area. You will oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and performance management, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to company policies.

Collaborating with physicians, HR, and administration, you will drive cost-control, reporting, training, and marketing activities to grow the practice's local presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) or equivalent training preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years working in the clinic setting.
• Minimum of 2 years in a management/leadership capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises front and back office operations.
• Builds trust between doctors, staff and the company.
• Plans work schedules and delegates duties with doctors.
• Hires, trains and evaluates clinic staff in consultation with HR and doctors.
• Oversees performance management and separations with HR and doctors.
• Develops policies, procedures and training programs.
• Prepares operational reports and schedules for quality patient care.
• Recommends cost-saving methods for efficiency.
• Provides marketing support by coordinating events and education.
• Supports doctors in addressing service issues.
• Ensures compliance with laws and company policies.
