Job summary

The Sleep Medicine Practice Operations Manager at MaineHealth will supervise both clinical and administrative staff and coordinate daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have prior clinical and Sleep Medicine experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and efficient department performance.

• Two or more years' management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Hospital/outpatient clinic management preferred.
• Knowledge of financials including AP and AR preferred.

Summary:

The pay range for this position is $77,147.20to $104,353.60per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
