Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an RTSM Manager, Technical Design to lead a 10+ person RTSM team and own the technical design, coding, and delivery of RTSM projects. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure speed and quality while shaping scalable processes and product.

Responsibilities include mentoring engineers, enforcing coding standards, managing multiple initiatives, and coordinating with customers. Occasional travel is expected; remote US work is supported under our Work Anywhere policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading a team of individual contributors.
• 5+ years in technical system design.
• 5+ years in coding and leadership.
• Expertise coding in C#, ASP.NET, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficient in MSSQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

The Role

We are looking for an RTSM Manager, Technical Design to join our Randomization & Trial Supply Management (RTSM) team. This individual will manage a technical team responsible for the technical design, coding, and delivery of RTSM projects. Working closely with key stakeholders across the team, this individual will play a critical role in helping us innovate and deliver with speed and quality. What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience managing a team of individual contributors
• 5+ years of experience in the technical design of a system
• 5+ years of experience in coding/leadership
• Expertise in coding in C#, ASP.NET, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proficient in MSSQL
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal)

Nice to Have

• Experience with implementation of coding libraries and customer standards
• 2+ years of experience in RTSM

Base pay: $100,000 - $200,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
