Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED is required.
• Associate of Arts or Science is preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a healthcare management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations including patient scheduling, billing and coordination of services.
• Lead staff and ensure quality care, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Collaborate with leadership, affiliates and external partners to support program goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and implementation of process improvements.
