Job summary

Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy is hiring new graduates to join a PT Cohort program across locations in WA, OR, ID, and CA. You will receive mentorship, structured training, and a clear path toward clinic leadership while earning a regular salary.

The program emphasizes clinical reasoning, manual therapy, and progressive responsibilities as you launch your career in physical therapy within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapist license or anticipated DPT completion within 6 months.
• Commitment to top quality patient care.
• Eagerness to develop skills and support teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals, safety risks and other issues within scope of practice.
• Evaluate patient physical and functional status, including cognitive and perceptual abilities to determine capabilities.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and coordination of care per facility policies.
• Independently manage own caseload to maximize overall care plan.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and facility policies.
• Support special projects and other designated activities as assigned.

PT Cohort Program

The PT Cohort is a two-year program designed to connect, develop, and elevate our physical therapists. You will get 48 hours of 1:1 time with seasoned Physical Therapists highly trained specifically to mentor and develop newer Physical Therapists. • Full, regular salary while completing the program
• Over 90% pass rate on the OCS Board Certification Exam (cost included)
• Completion of the COMT certification through NAIOMT

What you will need to bring to the table
