Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a dental practice with a strong focus on performance, people, and patient experience. You will own daily operations, partner with regional leadership, and drive production, collections, and high-quality patient care.

You will build an accountable, energetic team, implement scalable processes, and ensure the practice delivers five-star service while maintaining financial controls and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading dental practice operations or multi-site clinics.
• Proven ability to drive production and collections performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability for a team.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day practice operations ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Drive production, collections, and schedule optimization to meet targets.
• Monitor performance daily and act in real time to improve outcomes.
• Build systems and workflows that are efficient, consistent, and scalable.
• Lead, coach, and develop the full practice team including front desk, clinical staff, and hygienists.
