Job summary

Serenity Aesthetics & Wellness seeks a Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across its San Francisco and Burlingame clinics. You will liaise with patients and healthcare professionals, manage budgets and staffing, and implement procedures to enhance client care and operational efficiency while preserving our culture.

The ideal candidate will lead a 15+ team across sites, travel regularly between locations, ensure compliance, and partner with the Director of Operations to sustain

Qualifications

• Lead and motivate a large team (15+ across multiple locations).
• Manage remotely/across sites with regular travel between San Francisco and Burlingame.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic services and offerings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Experience managing a healthcare facility or similar business with 10+ employees.
• Experience managing multiple sites/locations preferred.
• Experience in client-facing roles with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture across both locations.
• Manage administrative and clinical staff schedules to ensure coverage.
• Address staff performance and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure consistency of standards, culture, and client experience.
• Oversee budget and financial stability for both locations.
• Manage inventory and equipment maintenance across sites.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns for both locations.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Use good judgment in decision-making.
