Job summary

SanctuaireMD in Lafayette, California, is seeking a hands-on Practice Manager to lead daily operations, scheduling, and team performance as we prepare for Moraga growth. The role is not remote and requires on-site leadership to translate strategy into executable standards.

You will coach a clinical and administrative team, develop onboarding plans, manage KPI dashboards, ensure HIPAA compliance, and maintain high patient experience and brand standards while reporting to the Practice Owner.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of managerial experience in medical aesthetics or similar healthcare setting.
• Proven ability to coach teams and manage KPI dashboards.
• Experience with onboarding, SOPs, and performance check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and schedule management to ensure readiness for patients.
• Coach performance, conduct regular KPI reviews, and ensure follow-through.
• Develop onboarding and training plans with 30-, 60-, 90-day milestones.
• Oversee patient journey and ensure HIPAA compliance and high service standards.
