A leading provider of advanced aesthetic and reconstructive care in the Bay Area, is seeking a hands‑on Practice Manager to oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations, sales, and HR.

This is an on‑site, full‑time role reporting to the Director of Operations.

Required experience & education

• Bachelor’s degree required (business or healthcare‑related preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience managing operations in a cash‑pay medical/aesthetic, plastic surgery, med spa, or dermatology practice.
• Proven track record in sales team management; must be metrics‑ and performance‑driven.
• Strong HR administration and compliance background.
• Experience collaborating with marketing teams.
• Resourceful, driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.

Preferred

• Experience in high‑ticket, elective/cosmetic medical sales operations.
• Familiarity with EMR, CRM, and tech‑forward practice settings.

Compensation

$150,000 per year
