SEV Laser is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the clinic’s operations and team, ensuring a seamless, high-quality client experience. You will drive performance, manage revenue growth, and maintain strong brand standards across all office functions.

The role requires building a high-performing team, optimizing scheduling and inventory, and partnering with leadership to deliver excellent client outcomes and profitability. This is a full-time, on-site position in Burlingame, CA.

Qualifications

• Previous office management experience in a clinic or service business.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage budgets.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the office team to meet performance, client experience, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Set daily and weekly goals for all roles and monitor metrics.
• Manage staffing levels to meet client demand.
• Oversee scheduling, calendar, and services per provider hour.
• Maintain brand standards and compliance.
• Drive OSAT and 5-star reviews.
• Control inventory and expenses; ensure GAAP revenue budgets.
