• Oversees daily operations at physician offices and clinics; coordinates work activities and staff schedules.
• Manages all functions of the financial and patient management system.
• Ensures compliance with policies, patient confidentiality, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, CLIA, PA Dept. of Health).
• Integrates new physicians into the practice.
• Monitors benchmarks for patient access and scheduling.
• Partners with senior management on budgets and operations alignment with objectives.
• Fosters a patient-centric culture and oversees patient arrival and follow-up activities.
