Qualifications

• 2–5 years in healthcare leadership experience.
• Clinical background in healthcare is preferred.
• Strong patient care service and problem solving.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse people.
• Experience leading a team of 10–20.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Read and act on profit/loss data and create basic business plans.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Healthcare operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, hiring, promotion, retention, staff training and development, and performance management.
• Set goals, monitor performance, and manage salary adjustments and staff relations.
• Champion organizational initiatives and drive core value adherence.
• Facilitate effective communication through daily huddles and team meetings.
• Collaborate with field leadership, physicians, and hourly staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop business plans to support financial performance with the Practice Medical Director.
