Job summary

Together Women’s Health in the United States seeks a full-time Practice Manager for Women First Rochester Hills, a partner practice. The Practice Manager provides servant leadership to ensure operational excellence, supports the clinical team alongside the Practice Medical Director, and drives execution of the mission and values of TWH.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in healthcare leadership preferred.
• Clinical background in healthcare highly desired.
• Superior patient care service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with a wide variety of people and backgrounds.
• Experience leading a team of 10-20.
• Exceptional written and oral presentation skills; ability to present concisely and with detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in communicating key data
• Understanding of business functions, ability to read, interpret and take action on profit/loss data, understanding of how to create a basic business action plan to impact results.
• Strong organizational skills
• High School degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Healthcare operations experience highly preferred

• Maintain Core Values and Mission Statement of TWH.
• Position has full responsibility for recruiting, hiring, promotion, retention, staff training and continuing education, performance development, performance management, salary adjustments, teammate relations, disciplinary action and termination of direct reports.
• Is a positive voice within the practice and champions TWH’s organizational initiatives.
• Creates channels of communication within the practice such as daily huddles, monthly team member meetings, updating Simpler website, 1:1 coaching sessions and facilitating townhall sessions.
• Develop and foster a positive and fulfilling work environment with all levels of leadership, within his/her peer group; work collaboratively with field leadership, physicians, and all clinical/non-clinical hourly team members.
• Create practice level operational and business plans that support the stability and growth of the practice’s financial performance alongside the Practice Medical Director and in partnership with the field leadership team.
• Be a patient advocate. Ensure that all team members strive for a best-in-class patient experience every patient, every time. Monitors google and podium reviews and take swift action to resolve any patient issues that arise in the practice alongside the clinical leadership team.

Women First Rochester Hillsa practice partner of Together Women's Health, is seeking a full time Practice Manager to join their growing medical team. The Practice Manager is a servant leader that ensures the operational execution of practice team members meets the needs of the clinical team. Alongside the Practice Medical Director this leader ensures that Together Women’s Health “TWH” mission and values are upheld within the practice daily.
