Job summary

Together Women’s Health Rochester is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to join their growing medical team. The Practice Manager ensures operational execution and serves as a servant leader alongside the Practice Medical Director, guiding hourly team members toward excellent patient care.

The role requires 2-5 years in healthcare leadership, a clinical background, and strong communication. You’ll collaborate with leadership teams to align operations with the organization's mission and values.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in healthcare leadership preferred.
• Clinical background in healthcare highly desired.
• Superior patient care service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop strong and supportive working relationships with a wide variety of people and backgrounds.
• Experience leading a team of 10-20.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Core Values and Mission Statement of TWH.
• Recruiting, hiring, promotion, retention, staff training and education, performance management, salary adjustments, teammate relations, disciplinary action.
• Be a positive voice within the practice and champion TWH initiatives.
• Create channels of communication within the practice (daily huddles, team meetings, coaching sessions).
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, IT, Operations, HR, Compliance.
