Job summary

SanctuaireMD in Lafayette, CA seeks a hands-on Practice Manager to lead daily operations as the business grows toward Moraga. You will own schedules, standards, and patient experience while coaching the team and aligning with the Practice Owner on strategic goals.

The role requires medical aesthetics experience, strong leadership, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable daily activities with accountability and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a medical spa or aesthetics practice.
• Demonstrated success coaching and holding a team accountable.
• Experience building onboarding, training, SOPs, KPI dashboards, and performance check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational leadership and be the first point of contact for team questions and decisions.
• Own the daily operating rhythm, staffing, and scheduling to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Coach performance, conduct regular check-ins, and maintain documentation with the Practice Owner and HR support.
• Oversee KPI dashboards, reporting, and action plans to drive revenue growth and patient retention.
