Marina Plastic Surgery - BrentwoodClinic is seeking a motivated Practice Manager to lead clinic operations, improve patient experiences, and drive financial and productivity goals. You’ll oversee daily operations, build clinician and patient relationships, and collaborate with regional leadership on strategic initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years of supervisory experience in a clinic setting, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Sales or sales management experience with a proven track record.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience managing 10+ employees in a clinic or similar setting.
• Strong ability to build customer/patient and clinician relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Own center performance: sales revenue, profitability, patient satisfaction and KPIs.
• Drive and implement sales strategies; forecast and set performance goals with the sales consultant.
• Collaborate with VP of Sales and regional leadership on strategy and quality improvement.
• Work with surgeons and Nurse Manager to optimize clinical flow and productivity; maintain relationships.
• Coordinate with HR on hiring, training, performance management and payroll administration.
• Manage administrative tasks: deposits, invoicing, refunds and financial reporting.
• Address patient complaints promptly and professionally.
• Communicate vision and goals; lead team meetings and provide leadership.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, safety and regulatory requirements.

About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic, motivated Practice Manager to lead clinic operations, deliver exceptional patient experiences, and drive financial and productivity goals. You’ll manage daily operations, build strong clinician and patient relationships, lead the clinic team, and collaborate with regional and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own center performance: sales revenue, profitability, patient satisfaction and KPIs.
• Drive and implement sales strategies; assist with forecasting and set performance goals with the sales consultant.
• Partner with VP of Sales, Regional Business Director and Senior Executive leadership on strategy, program development and quality improvement.
• Work with surgeons and Nurse Manager to optimize clinical flow, patient safety, wait times, staffing and surgeon productivity; build and maintain surgeon relationships.
• Collaborate with HR on hiring, training, performance management, employee relations, payroll administration and staff development.
• Manage business administrative tasks: bank deposits, invoice review/processing, refunds, payroll transactions and operational/financial reporting.
• Address and resolve patient complaints professionally and promptly.
• Communicate company vision, objectives and goals to staff; lead team meetings and provide clear leadership.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Sales or sales management experience with a proven track record.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience managing 10+ employees, preferably in a clinic, surgical or aesthetic setting.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong customer/patient and clinician relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication, numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, dynamic, team-oriented leader with high integrity and professional demeanor under pressure.

Preferred

• Experience working with surgical providers or in ambulatory surgical/clinic operations.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and basic financial reporting.
