Job summary

Rock Dental Brands is hiring a Practice Manager to oversee planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the daily operations of a service-oriented dental facility. The role emphasizes maintaining a positive patient experience and a cohesive, high-performing team in a fast-paced setting.

The selected candidate will lead by example, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with the company vision, values, and patient care standards across facilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state (preferred).
• CPR training (preferred).
• 1+ years clinic operations leadership or equivalent experience in dental settings (preferred).
• Good conflict resolution skills.
• Proven work history of excellence.

Responsibilities:

The Practice Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business. And ensures a positive image of Rock Dental Brands and its facilities to our patient base is adhered to. The Practice Manager’s goal is to ensure the company vision is attained, the values are upheld, and a dynamic environment is created.

You Must Have:

• Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state working (preferred)
• CPR training (preferred)
• 1 + years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management is a plus.
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Proven work history of excellence
