Formación

• Licensed Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state (preferred).
• CPR training (preferred).
• 1+ years in clinic operations with leadership ability.
• Proven conflict resolution skills.

The Practice Manager is our front-line supervisor and business manager and succeeds using designed management tools, and key metrics that track positive and negative trends. The Practice Manager also provides a leadership style that promotes quality patient care, efficiency of the clinic, and creates a great work and patient environment.Responsibilities:The Practice Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business. And ensures a positive image of Leap Kids Dental and its facilities to our patient base is adhered to.
