Rock Dental Brands is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations at our Fort Smith clinics. You will plan, organize, direct and coordinate resources to deliver service excellence and a positive patient experience.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinic environment. We value a proactive, patient-focused approach and offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant / Certified Dental Assistant in-state (preferred).
• CPR training (preferred).
• 1+ years working experience in clinic operations with leadership aptitude or equivalent dental clinic management experience.
• Good conflict resolution skills.
• Proven work history of excellence.

Responsibilities

The Practice Manager has the overall responsibility for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the work and resources involved in running a service-oriented business. And ensures a positive image of Rock Dental Brands and its facilities to our patient base is adhered to. The Practice Manager's goal is to ensure the company vision is attained, the values are upheld, and a dynamic environment is created.

You Must Have

• Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant/Certified Dental Assistant in state working (preferred)
• CPR training (preferred)
• 1 + years working experience in clinic operations with a proven aptitude to lead by example, or equivalent level of experience in dental clinic management is a plus.
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Proven work history of excellence
