Job summary

Sandhills Medical seeks a Practice Manager to lead a physician network office, supervising three to four providers at one site or two to three across multiple sites. You will collaborate with physicians, staff, and service lines to support operations and community engagement.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliant, efficient facility operations, staff training, scheduling, payroll, and liaison with external partners. Strong leadership and communication are required to drive quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ related clinical management experience.
• Ambulatory care experience and staff supervision required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of physician network office.
• Supervise clinical and clerical staff; recruit and schedule.
• Coordinate with physicians and departments to ensure quality care.
• Maintain records; ensure compliance with regulations.
