Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience in primary care or outpatient settings.
• Experience leading clinical and administrative teams.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations metrics and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a busy primary care clinic.
• Improve patient flow, provider productivity and service delivery.
• Coach and develop clinics staff and managers.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements to quality and efficiency.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA compliance and patient safety.
• Partner with leaders on budgets, staffing and growth initiatives.
