Job summary

All About Eyes Forsyth IL seeks a Practice Manager III to lead a busy optical practice. You will supervise opticians, technicians, and patient care coordinators, coordinate with the Lead OD, and drive outstanding patient care and service quality.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, improving workflow, analyzing financial data to boost profitability, recruiting talent, ensuring HIPAA compliance, managing inventory and product costs, and delivering staff trainings.

Qualifications

• Prefer optical experience and/or minimum of 4 years of retail management/supervisory experience.
• General understanding of operations, processes, and high level of business acumen.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to set, monitor and achieve productivity goals.
• Ability to problem solve, exercise sound judgment, and exhibit a high level of attention to detail.
• Understanding of optometric business processes and strategic development.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet required deadlines.
