Sentara Family Medicine Physicians - St. Lukes in Carrollton, VA is seeking a full-time Practice Manager III to lead clinic operations in a dyad with clinical leadership. You will supervise staff across a 25+ member team and oversee budget, risk management, and compliance to improve financial results and patient experience.

Preferred education includes a Bachelor's degree; 7 years of PM experience can substitute. Requires 3+ years supervisory and ambulatory care leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 7 years Practice Manager experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Healthcare management experience required; supervisory experience of 3+ years.
• Clinical leadership in ambulatory care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical leadership in a dyad model to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide supervision of staff and oversight of operations including customer service, budget, risk management, and compliance.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $92,705.60 - $142,064.00 annually. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
