University of Kentucky HealthCare – Newtown Pike Clinic in Lexington is seeking a Practice Manager II to lead the clinic’s operations, finance, and staff. The role collaborates with the Medical Director to optimize operations and support enterprise initiatives at UKHC’s new Newtown Pike site.

The position oversees administration, marketing, facilities and revenue cycle, ensuring efficient patient flow and service delivery in a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with a 8:00am–5:00pm

UK HealthCare – Newtown Pike is scheduled to open in early 2027 at 330 Newtown Pike in Lexington. This new 11,000-square-foot facility will expand access to care across Central Kentucky, offering primary care for all ages, general pediatric dentistry, radiology services, and community services. The primary responsibilities of the Practice Manager II/ UKHC are to direct the business, technical and nursing support activities of the clinic. This individual is responsible for the successful management of all assigned clinics. In conjunction with the Medical Director, they oversee administrative functions including operations, marketing, facilities, revenue cycle, human resources, planning and development. The Practice Manager II/ UKHC will implement adjustments to the clinic operation that will support enterprise-wide initiatives.
