Job Description: Job Summary Ensures smooth workflow by supervising staff, managing administrative functions, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. Develops and implements clinic-specific strategic plans, staff training, and quality assurance programs. Acts as a resource for operational needs, addresses customer satisfaction, and supports enterprise-wide initiatives through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Education Requirement Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, nursing, or a related field or 5 years experience in senior leadership position
Experience Requirement 6-7 years of progressive experience in healthcare administration, nursing, or a relevant area and 2 years of relevant managerial experience An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
