Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Practice Manager II for Millennium Internal Medicine. The role directs operations of one or more physician practices, supports 6+ providers and 10+ FTEs, and drives annual operational and financial goals with standardized processes.

You will lead scheduling, performance management, and ensure quality patient care. The position requires 4 years of healthcare experience and 2 years of supervisory experience; a high school diploma is required and a Bachelor’s degree is

Qualifications

• 4 years of recent experience in healthcare (required).
• 2 years of supervisory experience (required).
• High school diploma (required); Bachelor's degree preferred; BLS certification preferred or required if performing clinical functions.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operations of one or more physician practices including staffing, scheduling and workflows.
• Oversee revenue cycle processes, registrations, copays, and coding compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with HR for personnel functions and onboarding of new providers.
• Review practice data, budgets and financial reports to inform decisions and priorities.
