Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Practice Manager to lead one or more physician practices, ensuring high-quality care and efficient operations. You will oversee staff and provider schedules, manage revenue cycles, and collaborate with leadership on strategic goals.

The role emphasizes compliance with quality and regulatory standards, onboarding new providers, and delivering exceptional patient service within a faith‑based health system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (Preferred; required if performing clinical functions within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Set professional standards and ensure outstanding customer service in all relationships with internal and external customers.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff and provider scheduling; ensure timely communication with team members.
• Troubleshoot to maintain effective provider, staff, customer and peer relationships.
• Adhere to quality, compliance and risk controls; manage supply chain, budgets, and office invoicing.
• Coordinate provider integration and onboarding of new physicians and APCs.
• Oversee revenue cycle processes including registration, work queues, copays, daily cash, deposits, and coding compliance.
• Review data and assist with budgeting and planning; discuss trends with leadership to shape priorities.
• Coordinate with Joint Commission and regulatory agencies as applicable; support HR on personnel matters.
