Job summary

Methodist Health System's Methodist Medical Group seeks an Office Manager to supervise daily facility operations, collaborate with physicians, and ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-growing ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities include leading revenue cycle processes, staff supervision, budgeting, and performance coordination, with a focus on operational efficiency and patient satisfaction across MMG clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, public health, health information management or business administration preferred.
• Three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with physicians and staff.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy with relevant healthcare administrative software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front end revenue cycle workflows and monitor practice revenue indicators.
• Walk rounds with staff daily to uphold MMG performance standards.
• Coordinate annual operating budget development and monitor performance to budget.
• Oversee business affairs of assigned practice and report to supervisor.
• Use data to inform operational decisions and update MMG leadership.
• Manage patient experience and access at the assigned practice.
