Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Practice Manager I - Neurology to oversee daily clinic operations across Chicago and Glenview. You will manage staff, schedules, and performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality patient care.

The role requires healthcare management experience (5+ years) or a Bachelor’s degree, with CPR training preferred. This is a full-time on-site position with regular hours, and travel to surrounding clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 5+ years experience in healthcare management.
• AHA Heart saver CPR - American Heart Association (AHA) Preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day practice operations and respond to patient and staff issues.
• Manage staff development, performance management and coaching.
• Plan, execute and monitor staff schedules and workflows; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.
• Monitor patient experience and staff engagement; report variances to director.
• Ensure budgetary goals for clinics are met and coordinate with site leaders.
