The Practice Manager will partner with physicians and leadership to drive efficiency, manage budgets, and support growth across Southeast Pain & Spine Care sites. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years healthcare experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience as healthcare manager or office lead is a plus.
• Strong financial and operational aptitude.

Aufgaben

• Direct supervisor and operational leader for all office staff.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, coverage, performance, and productivity.
• Oversee daily clinical and administrative workflow for efficient patient flow.
• Lead onboarding, training, and integration of new staff.
• Address patient concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate physician schedules and clinic operations.
• Maintain liaison with HR, credentialing, and shared services.
• Develop and manage operating expense budget and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Ensure the practice remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.
