Job summary

OrthoCarolina is seeking a Practice Administrator for our Concord, NC location. This role directs daily operations, coordinates staff schedules, and ensures cost-effective, high-quality patient care in a busy orthopedic setting.

You will implement clinic policies, liaise with physicians, and work closely with other managers to optimize workflows and patient experience. A bachelor's in health/business admin and management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health/business administration preferred.
• 7+ years of medical office management experience considered.
• At least 2 years of management experience required.
• Health care industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate staff and activities at the Concord practice.
• Administer clinic policies and procedures to align with OrthoCarolina standards.
• Communicate with physicians to ensure excellent patient service and workflow.
• Collaborate with other Practice Managers and Operations Managers within the site.
