Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or combination of education and experience may be considered
• 3+ years Practice Manager experience
• Experience managing Surgical Practices preferred
• ENT and Ophthalmology experience preferred
• Pediatric setting experience and EPIC systems experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage administrative operations of a single or multiple site practice
• Hires, manages, and evaluates administrative and non-physician staff
• Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and cost optimization for the practice
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to maximize provider productivity and patient care quality
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and policies of the organization
