Triangle Implant Center – Wilson is seeking a Practice Manager to join our busy specialty practice.

We are looking for a talented Practice Manager who can help us accomplish our mission to improve the lives of our patients by providing a world‑class specialty experience for every patient.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost‑effective way.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency.
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Find ways to increase the quality of the patient experience.
• Facilitate or coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental management experience
• Knowledgeable in insurance verification, claims, and resolution processes.
• Understanding of management of patient & insurance AR.
• Ability to maintain employee relations.
• Excellent payroll management & oversight.
• Understanding of P&L and controlling expenses.
• Knowledgeable in standard OSHA & HIPAA practices & policies.

Base Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000 USD
