Join Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as a Practice Manager and play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of multiple ambulatory clinics that support world-class cancer care. In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee and direct the business and operational functions of assigned ambulatory practices, ensuring efficient clinic performance, outstanding patient service, and alignment with organizational goals. Working collaboratively with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary teams, you will help drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and patient-centered care. The Practice Manager is responsible for leading and developing clinical business staff, optimizing workflows, maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and patient access. This role serves as a key partner in ensuring that clinic operations support exceptional patient outcomes while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Starting hourly rate for this position is $39.14 which includes a comprehensive benefits package.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of Human Resources experience, with a strong background in candidate sourcing, intake calls, and applicant screening. Experience recruiting for or supporting the recruitment of nursing, clinical, faculty, and executive-level positions is highly preferred. The successful candidate should be able to handle various administrative tasks which is essential.
