Join our surgical scheduling team as a Senior Clinical Center Associate and play a key role in keeping our operating rooms running smoothly. In this fast-paced and collaborative role, you’ll be the hub of communication between surgical clinics, physicians, anesthesia teams, vendors, and support departments. You’ll prepare and distribute surgical schedules in advance, manage real-time updates, and ensure everyone has the information they need for a seamless surgical day. Using the PICIS scheduling system, you’ll coordinate everything from routine bookings to urgent add-on cases, arrange anesthesia support, and make sure special equipment or vendor representatives are in place when needed. You’ll lead our daily huddles, help resolve scheduling conflicts, and work closely with clinical partners to adapt plans on the fly. The starting hourly rate for this position is $27.32 which includes a comprehensive benefits package.
