Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to join our leadership team in Wake Forest, NC. This role focuses on veterinary practice operations, staff development, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will lead day-to-day activities, coach teams, manage A/R and inventory, and collaborate with hospital leadership to drive growth while upholding high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of veterinary experience required.
• Strong background in team leadership, customer service, and business management.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital is a rapidly growing group of veterinary practices seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in customer service, business management, and veterinary practice operations.

As Practice Manager, you will collaborate closely with our management team and veterinary leaders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our locations. You will play a key role in motivating and developing staff, promoting organizational development and culture, and creating positive employee and client experiences. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2–3 years of prior veterinary experience and proven success in managing teams, motivating staff, and promoting professional development. A passion for people, pets, and customer service is essential.
