Qualifications

• Prior experience in veterinary practice management or related healthcare management.
• Proficiency in veterinary practice management software (e.g., Avimark, Cornerstone).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and compassionate patient experience.
• Manage and mentor front desk, veterinary technician, and support staff teams.
• Handle scheduling, staffing, and performance management for all non-DVM personnel.
• Monitor and manage practice financials including budgeting, invoicing, and revenue reporting.
• Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, OSHA standards, and hospital policies.
• Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and supply procurement.
• Drive client satisfaction initiatives and manage client communications and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with veterinarians to support practice growth and workflow improvements.
