Job summary

Veterinary Practice Partners is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff in Jacksonville, FL.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage personnel, scheduling, and inventory, and coach staff to improve the client experience while supporting the well-being of the animals in our care.

Excellent communication, HR experience, and ability to implement SOPs are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a veterinary setting.
• Comfortable working part time on the floor, both in back and up front.
• Experience executing clinical HR functions, including SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary action.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system.

With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing the clinics operations, you’ll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the clinic and the well-being of the animals we care for.

What to Expect

Salary: $60,000-$75,000 salary dependent on skills and experience

Schedule: Monday- Friday

KeyResponsibilities:
