Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Practice Manager at Parkway Eye Care Center, LLC, located in Orange, NJ. The Practice Manager will oversee the daily operations of the practice, including managing staff, ensuring excellent patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities include scheduling, billing, financial management, human resource tasks, and optimizing practice efficiency. The Practice Manager will also be responsible for implementing policies and procedures that enhance patient experiences and improve practice profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing optometry/ ophthalmolgy practices, including scheduling and billing
