About the Job

CardioOne is hiring a detail-oriented Practice Manager for its practice at Cardiac Associates of North Jersey. This leadership role involves managing daily clinic operations, overseeing front desk staff, medical assistants, and ultrasound technicians, and collaborating with the Regional Manager of Operations. The position is based in Oakland, NJ, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations, staff scheduling, and practice communication.
2. Oversee call center services and liaise with hospital call services.
3. Lead initiatives to improve patient experience and payment metrics.
4. Supervise billing activities and oversee clinic setting.
5. Develop onboarding and training protocols for new hires.
6. Monitor quality metrics and identify areas for improvement.
7. Handle onsite HR functions including coaching, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
8. Optimize scheduling to grow practice volume.
9. Collaborate with department leads to drive initiatives.
10. Lead meetings with providers and manage new service lines and business relationships.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. 4+ years healthcare experience in a clinic setting.
2. 2+ years in practice management, including revenue, payroll, and employee reviews.
3. 1+ years revenue cycle management experience.
4. Associate's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience.
5. Experience in talent management and leadership skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
7. Strong clinical knowledge and familiarity with Athena EMR preferred.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage large teams.

Additional Details

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
