Location: Acton, West London
Position: Full-Time – Closed on Sundays.
Salary: Very Competitive!!! All depending on experience, but willing to pay above average!
Start Date: ASAP

My client is on the hunt for a Practice Manager or experienced Dispensing Optician with a strong sales mindset and the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established high-street practice and take the reins of a business that demands energy, focus, and commercial drive.

The Role:
” Lead a thriving, high-performing practice delivering over 65 eye exams weekly
” Manage a tight-knit team of 4-5 staff alongside an on-site optometrist 5 days/week.
” Oversee 5 clinics per week, ensuring smooth, efficient patient flow
” Be hands-on on the shop floor – setting the tone for service and performance
” Drive sales through effective dispensing, upselling, and customer engagement
” Manage daily operations, including basic administration, staff coaching, and KPI tracking

” Experienced Practice Manager or Qualified Dispensing Optician
” Highly sales-driven – confident hitting and exceeding targets and KPIs
” Natural leader with strong communication and team-building skills
” Fast-paced mindset – able to handle pressure without sacrificing customer care
” Excellent dispensing ability and retail floor presence.
” Motivated, proactive, and able to “wow” on the shop floor.
” Must thrive in NHS-heavy, volume-driven clinics
” Ready to hit the ground running – minimal training needed.
