Schedule: Full-Time

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Role Overview:

The Practice Manager directs and supervises the daily operations of assigned healthcare provider practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. Responsibilities include policy implementation, revenue cycle management, and human resources oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage offices efficiently, ensuring high-quality care in a courteous environment.
• Oversee startup of new practices and assist with credentialing.
• Coordinate practice operations, including workflow, documentation, staffing, and provider oversight.
• Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, employee counseling, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions and ensure staff competency.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure compliance with financial and productivity standards.

Qualifications:

The skills and experience needed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field OR 3+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare or physician practice setting.
• 1+ year of experience in healthcare or physician practice setting.
• Valid Driver’s License (DL) in the state.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in health or business administration.
