The Practice Manager (PM) oversees the entire facility, including business, financial, and clinical operations. The PM ensures high customer satisfaction and efficient staff management, implementing all CityVet policies, standards, and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

• Understanding of safety standards (state and federal)
• Knowledge of veterinary clinic regulations
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (desirable, not required)
• High school diploma/GED + 3 years relevant experience or bachelor’s degree

A Day In The Life

• Interview, hire, onboard, train, and supervise staff to ensure understanding of responsibilities and career growth opportunities.
• Provide ongoing staff development, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and ensure success aligned with CityVet standards.
• Monitor and maintain quality control of daily operations, client care, and records.
