Position Details

This role supports two offices at IU Health North and one at Tipton Hospital, with hours approximately from 8AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and facilitate various aspects of patient care staff and clerical staff management to ensure efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
2. Assist the Director in planning, directing, and overseeing daily operations within assigned areas.
3. Supervise day-to-day activities in patient services, financial management, and facility management.
4. Maintain effective communication and collaboration among practice staff, physicians, external customers, and health system staff to ensure service excellence and exceed customer expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a related field
• High school diploma or GED
• American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
• Knowledge of third-party payer regulations
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Bachelor's in Business, Management, or related field with at least 2 years of management experience in an ambulatory/physician practice setting
• Alternatively, at least 6 years of management experience in an ambulatory/physician practice setting without a degree
