This role works closely with physicians, staff, and billing services to ensure efficient operations, optimize financial performance, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
The Practice Manager provides leadership to staff, supports performance management, identifies opportunities for operational improvement, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
$26.00-$51.27 per hour
Base pay is determined by a variety of factors, including the market range, candidate qualifications and experience, and internal peer equity.
