• Monitor practice performance metrics — including patient satisfaction, access, productivity, and quality indicators — and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements including HIPAA, OSHA, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical leadership to resolve operational issues, support care delivery improvements, and implement new workflows at the site level.
• Manage site-level budget activities including supply ordering, invoice approval, and variance tracking under the direction of senior leadership.

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
